Small Business Fees and Charges Rebate

The small business fees and charges rebate of $1,500.00 can be used to offset business costs such as licences, event fees or rates. You will only need to apply for this rebate once, however you can submit multiple claims until the full value of $1,500.00 is reached. You can apply for this rebate through your MyServiceNSW account which is available until 30th June 2022.

Extension of Land Tax Relief

Relief is available to landlords who have reduced their tenant’s rent due to COVID-19 between 1st April 2020 to 28th March 2021. If eligible, you will be able to:

  • reduce up to 50% of your 2020 land tax liability
  • reduce up to 25% of your 2021 land tax liability

Applications close on the 31st May 2021.

Flood Disaster Recovery Small Business Grant

For businesses impacted by the NSW storms and floods from 10th March 2021 onwards, flood disaster recovery grants of up to $50,000.00 are available to assist with the costs of clean-up and reinstalment of small businesses operations. Dine & Discover NSW

This initiative has been launched to encourage the community to support dining, arts and tourism businesses. Once approved as a Dine & Discover NSW business, you will be able to accept and redeem the vouchers instantly. Online Services for Business

The Business Portal is being replaced by Online Services for Business which will be accessed using your MyGovID. This system allows you to access a range of ATO information through a secure business portal, including lodging activity statements, ability to view your tax accounts and payment options, while also offering new features such as: 

  • making payment plans,
  • obtaining copies of income tax returns,
  • navigating between the ABN’s you manage under a single login, and
  • view your communication history with the ATO.
